Chocolate Mt. Doom, for my lord of the ring themed party. four or five layers, chocolate cream between them and chocolate icing over the top, with chocolates, several boxes of them mind, lol.

yes! it was really good! unfortunatly I'm alergic to chocolate now so I can look at pics of it but not eat any! but it was the best cake ever, and made in the middle of a hot summer too, lol.

yes, you can, and yes, it is! The alergy is the result of a liver infection caused bu an alergy to medicine the hospital gave me, but imagine a chocolaholic being told no fat, no sugar, no spicy foods, no white flour, no rye, no codfish, no potatoes... I can't even have cheese and most meats upset me! I swear I live on rice and salmon.

thankyou! There are other things I can eat, but it is very limited, and most days I have rice and salmon for one or two of my meals. I eat a lot of veges too.
